Why this topic?
Over the last few years, I have dedicated my passion for research to studying the various phenomena at the intersections of sexual and reproductive health and digital health products/interventions. After all, we live in a highly digitalized world. The combination of technology, user experience research and public health outcomes intrigued me.

Conclusion/Next steps (Feel free to reach out directly for the full manuscript)
From a design perspective, young adults preferred a more mature/less kiddish outlook featuring virtual avatars or visuals that are relatable to them.
From a usability perspective, young adults felt that Roo was easy to navigate but would prefer more reassurance about data privacy and confidentiality.
From a public health perspective, young adults were a little unsure if the information could match their unique sexual health informational needs. Some felt more human conversational dialogues might help. They would instead use Roo as a fact-checker to combat misinformation.
From a disparity perspective, Roo was helpful not only as an informational tool but also as a social support resource.
